What is the cost of a SKNV prescription?
All SKNV customized medications are $55 or less with free shipping included. There are additional discounts for 90-day supplies and no hidden fees whatsoever when you choose SKNV for your skin RX needs.
Does SKNV accept health insurance?
To ensure affordable access for all, SKNV is cash only with all major debit and credit cards accepted. This also means health insurance companies can’t deny or substitute your needed prescriptions.
How long does it take for a dermatologist to respond to my telehealth message?
Your dermatologist will respond as soon as possible and within one business day.
Will my SKNV prescriptions and refills be delivered to my home?
Yes, all SKNV medications are promptly shipped via FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number.
Is SKNV telehealth available in my state?
SKNV currently has messaging-based telehealth in 34 states. The remaining states will be adding video-based telehealth in the coming months. If your state is not supported, we will connect you with a local dermatology practice that offers SKNV customized medications.
What are the system requirements to use SKNV telehealth?
SKNV telehealth works on all modern web browsers and devices. You can choose to use SKNV telehealth on all mobile and desktop devices that have a web browser and Internet connectivity.
